Account Creation, Security, and Policy
To use mata11 services in full, users are required to create an account by completing the registration form accurately and in its entirety. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account; creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or closure of accounts without prior notice.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their username and account password confidential. All activity that occurs through your account is entirely your responsibility, including transactions carried out by third parties who gain access due to user negligence.
mata11 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found to have provided false information during registration, misused the platform, or violated the applicable terms. Accounts closed due to violations are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance, unless otherwise specified by an applicable special policy.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request to the mata11 support team. The closure process will be completed once all outstanding financial obligations have been settled.
User Obligations and Responsibilities
Every user of the mata11 platform is required to be at least 18 years of age, or to meet the legal age requirement applicable in their region of residence. mata11 is not responsible for the use of the platform by minors resulting from an adult user's failure to secure access to their device.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful activities, including money laundering, fraud, or other illegal acts. Any form of system manipulation, bonus abuse, or use of automated software to gain unfair advantages constitutes a serious violation that will result in permanent account closure.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of mata11 services complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their region of residence. Payment Information and Transactions in Rupiah
All transactions on the mata11 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users can make deposits using available local payment methods, including bank transfers (BRI, Mandiri, BCA, CIMB Niaga) as well as digital wallets such as Dana and OVO. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the method chosen.

All time estimates are approximate and may change depending on system conditions or the relevant financial institution.

Any disputes related to a transaction may be reported to the support team within 48 hours of the transaction occurring.
